Terms of Service | Tiga Isle Charters (giliislandscharter.com)

These terms govern your use of giliislandscharter.com and any Gili Islands charter enquiry you send us. Tiga Isle Charters is a concierge booking brand; your private island-hopping charter around Trawangan, Meno and Air is operated and fulfilled by Bali Premium Trip and vetted licensed partners. Reading these terms before you request a quote is your agreement to them.

This site is published by Juara Holding Group. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Tiga Isle Charters as operated on behalf of the publisher. “You” means any visitor who browses the site or submits an enquiry. These terms are effective as of 2026 and may be updated; the version live on this page at the time of your enquiry applies.

Who is Tiga Isle Charters, and who actually runs your boat?

Tiga Isle Charters is a concierge and booking brand. We arrange private day charters, island-hopping trips and sunset cruises around the three Gili Islands off northwest Lombok. We are the point of contact and coordination — not the vessel owner.

The charters we quote are operated and fulfilled by Bali Premium Trip and by vetted licensed boat operators we work with in the Gili and Lombok area. Where we do not own the asset, your trip is arranged via these licensed partners, who hold the vessels, crew and local permits.

What this means in practice:

  • We collect your requirements, present options, and confirm pricing and timing.
  • The operating partner supplies the boat, captain and crew, and is responsible for on-water conduct and vessel safety.
  • Your booking contract, once confirmed, is a service delivered by that operator, coordinated by us.

We are not a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser, and nothing on this site is professional advice of that kind.

How do quotes and bookings work?

Every price on this site or in a message from us is a quote, not a fixed public tariff. There is no official government price for private Gili charters or island-hopping; all per-boat figures come from individual operators or direct negotiation and are described as “as of 2026, subject to change.”

The booking flow works like this:

Stage What happens Binding?
Enquiry You send trip details via WhatsApp or email No
Quote We return a per-boat price, route and inclusions No — indicative
Confirmation You accept and pay any deposit requested by the operator Yes — contract forms
Trip day Operator delivers the charter Governed by these terms

A booking becomes binding only when the operating partner confirms availability and receives any deposit. Until then, prices, dates and vessel availability can change. We will always tell you the current figure before you commit.

For reference, the only fixed, published fare in this region is the public slow boat from Bangsal, at roughly USD 1 per person — a shared local service, not a private charter. It is not a Tiga Isle Charters product and we mention it only so you can tell the two apart.

What are the cancellation, weather and rescheduling terms?

Sea conditions run the Gilis, not a calendar. Charters operate most reliably in the May–September dry season, when seas are calmer and visibility is better; October–April brings regular rainfall and rougher water, which can force changes.

Our framing:

  • Weather cancellation by the operator. If the captain judges conditions unsafe, the trip may be postponed or cancelled. Safety is the operator’s call and is final. In that case you will be offered a reschedule to the next workable date or a refund of operator-collected amounts, per that operator’s policy.
  • Customer cancellation. If you cancel, the operator’s deposit and cancellation terms apply. We will state these in writing at confirmation so there are no surprises.
  • Rescheduling. We will always try to move a trip rather than lose it, subject to boat and crew availability.

Because each licensed partner sets its own deposit and refund schedule, the exact figures are confirmed at booking, not fixed site-wide. Ask us before you pay and we will spell them out.

What do we NOT guarantee?

We describe the Gilis honestly. Boat-based island-hopping to see turtles, giant clams and the underwater statue site between Meno and Trawangan is a standard offering — but wildlife is wild.

We do not guarantee:

  • Wildlife sightings. Turtles, mantas and other marine life are never guaranteed on any snorkel stop.
  • Specific water clarity or weather on your chosen date.
  • Exact routes if a jetty, mooring or sea state requires a change. The Gilis are vehicle-free — Wikipedia notes no motorised transport apart from electric scooters, and Audley Travel notes motorised traffic is banned by local order — so jetty pickups and cidomo (horse-cart) transfers depend on local logistics that can shift on the day.
  • Any outcome, return or result of the kind a financial product might imply. We arrange leisure charters, nothing more.

Seasonal note: during Ramadan some shops close and beach parties pause, which can change the sunset-cruise atmosphere and post-trip dining. We flag this when it is relevant to your dates.

What are the liability limits?

To the fullest extent Indonesian law allows:

  1. Tiga Isle Charters and Juara Holding Group act as a concierge coordinator. Liability for the operation of the vessel, crew conduct and on-water safety rests with the licensed operating partner delivering your charter.
  2. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by weather, sea conditions, third-party operators, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  3. Where we bear any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the value of the booking coordinated through us.
  4. You are responsible for your own travel insurance, health and swimming ability, and for following crew safety instructions.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that Indonesian consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

How do we handle your personal data?

When you enquire, we collect the details you send — name, contact number, email, trip dates and party size — to prepare a quote and coordinate your charter with the operating partner.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP). For international visitors, we also work with awareness of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles: lawful purpose, data minimisation, and your right to access, correct or delete the data you have given us.

In short:

  • We use your data only to answer your enquiry and arrange your trip.
  • We share what is necessary with the operating partner to fulfil the booking.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or erase your details at any time using the contacts below.

How do you contact us, and which law applies?

Reach us through either route:

  • WhatsApp: +62 811 2859 0000
  • Email: sales@balipremiumtrip.com

Use these same contacts for booking questions, cancellations, or any data-rights request under UU PDP or GDPR.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. By using this site or sending an enquiry, you accept them as written above, as of 2026. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
